Background & Objectives As one of the most transformative frontier technologies in recent years, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is profoundly reshaping production, lifestyle, and decision-making processes. However, it also presents challenges regarding algorithmic transparency, data security, and ethical boundaries. Strengthening the risk governance and innovation of GenAI systems is not only a frontier topic in systems science and management but also a pressing need to implement the Holistic Approach to National Security and modernize national governance capabilities.

To explore new theories and solutions for these challenges, the Journal of Systems & Management is launching this call for papers. The workshop is held in conjunction with the 17th National Youth Management Science and Systems Science Academic Conference (organized by the Youth Working Committee of the Systems Engineering Society of China). Outstanding papers will receive expert guidance and be granted priority publication in regular issues upon meeting the journal's standards.
