    Conference Announcement (First Round)

    September 11–13, 2026 · Yangling, China

    The 7th Annual Academic Conference of the Risk Management Branch, Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics, together with the Symposium on the Major Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Fundamental Theory and Methods of Asymmetric Financial Risk Management," will be held at Northwest A&F University from September 11–13, 2026. This annual conference is jointly organized by the Risk Management Branch (SCOPE), Northwest A&F University, and the Project Team of "Fundamental Theory and Methods of Asymmetric Financial Risk Management," and hosted by the College of Economics and Management, Northwest A&F University. The conference is supported by several journals including Chinese Journal of Management Science. Distinguished experts from within and beyond the field will be invited to deliver keynote and session speeches. The conference will also feature discussions on the theme "Building an Independent Knowledge System for the Discipline of Risk Science and Engineering." We sincerely invite faculty, students, and industry professionals to register and participate. The main conference matters are announced as follows:

    Call for Papers: The conference will select high-quality papers from submissions for on-site presentation and recommend outstanding papers to journals including Management Review, Systems Engineering — Theory & Practice, Chinese Journal of Systems Management, Systems Science and Mathematics, Chinese Journal of Management Science, and ENGINEERING Management.

    Conference Fee and Materials Fee: 1,200 RMB for faculty members; 1,000 RMB for students. Accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses are to be borne by participants. Payment methods will be available on the conference registration platform. Early-bird rate (before August 10): 1,000 RMB for faculty members; 800 RMB for students.
