The 8th (2026) Annual Academic Conference of the Quantitative Finance and Insurance Branch, Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics
The 2025 Central Government's "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal emphasizes "leveraging artificial intelligence to lead the transformation of research paradigms," making the deep integration of finance and AI an inevitable trend. In 2026, the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the financial sector will continue to deepen the "five major financial initiatives" under the guidance of artificial intelligence. As the core lifeline of the national economy and a strategic pillar for major power competition, finance plays an increasingly pivotal and leading role. To this end, the Quantitative Finance and Insurance Branch of the Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics will host the "8th (2026) Annual Academic Conference of the Quantitative Finance and Insurance Branch" at Ningxia University from August 21–23, 2026, under the theme "AI-Driven Digital Finance and Insurance," to jointly promote high-quality economic and social development in China. Scholars, industry professionals, technology experts, and educators are warmly invited to submit papers and participate in the conference.
