**Conference Announcement: The 18th Annual Conference on Decision Sciences**
The 18th Annual Conference on Decision Sciences of China will be held from June 26 to 28, 2026, at Central South University in Changsha, Hunan Province. The conference is jointly organized by Central South University, the Management and Decision Sciences Professional Committee of the China Society for Modernization of Management, and the Decision Sciences Branch of the Operations Research Society of China. This annual conference aims to explore the latest research achievements in decision science theory and methodology, as well as their applications in related fields, to strengthen exchanges and cooperation among scholars and experts in the field of management and decision sciences both domestically and internationally, and to promote the cross-pollination, integration, and development of management and decision science disciplines. The theme of this year's conference is "New Forms of Intelligent Economy and Innovation in Decision Sciences," which will examine new theories and methods in decision sciences driven by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain, as well as their applications in the intelligent economy. **Paper Submission Requirements**
1. Full papers (no length limit) or abstracts (approx. 400 words) that have not been previously published in other conferences, proceedings, or journals are welcome. Submissions may be in either Chinese or English.
2. Please submit your full paper or abstract in Microsoft Word format, with the file named as "First Author's Name_Affiliation_Paper Title".
3. The first page of the paper should include: title, names and affiliations of all authors, corresponding author's E-mail and phone number, abstract, keywords, author bios, funding information, and acknowledgments.
4. Outstanding papers will be selected and announced after review by the conference expert panel.
