(1) The original manuscript must be an unpublished paper in an official journal. Multiple submissions of one manuscript and multiple submissions of duplicate content are strictly forbidden. Once the above is found, the manuscript will be treated as a returned manuscript and the author's unit will be notified. The author's own manuscript will not be accepted in the future.
(2) Authors will be notified of the results of the manuscript review within 2-4 months. Individual manuscripts may take longer to be sent for review. If the author decides to re-submit or withdraw the manuscript, please inform the editorial office promptly before proceeding.
(3) Manuscripts enter the review process after payment of a review fee of RMB 200. The Editorial Office reserves the right to withdraw manuscripts that have not paid the review fee for more than 3 months.
(4) During the manuscript revision process, requests for extension of submission of revised manuscripts may be made. If no application is made, the Editorial Board reserves the right to withdraw the manuscript after 3 months.
(5) The Editorial Board reserves the right to make technical and textual changes to the manuscript.
(6) Once the paper is published, the copyright belongs to the Editorial Board (including internet copyright). At the same time, the editorial board will send two copies of the current issue of the journal.
New submissions are processed every Friday and notification of receipt is sent every Monday. Please pay the review fee upon receipt of the receipt notice.
